The location. And being in a single room that has a bathroom.
Very noisy, especially when occupants returned home in the morning after a night out...the walls are very thin. Was also a bit stuffy, requiring the window to be open all the time (which then didn´t help the noise).

I have ordered a room in Hostal Rivera - Atocha train station for one day. I arrived at 3 p.m. and then went to the trip Madrid. I returned to the hotel late at night and discovered with horror that there is no bed linen on one of the beds. The staff was not. I had to sleep without undressing!

Consider adding a fridge and addressing noise from traffic in the morning!!! The compact space feels cramped. More room would enhance the experience!!!

Super clean room, like, super cozy, and it's just, like, a couple minutes from the metro! The staff was totally helpful with my bags, rad. The shower was bomb, too! A little noisy from the street though. Oh, and there's, like, a cute bakery next door with amazing pastries!

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish, would recomand. Excellent location in the centre of the city, attentive staff, everything was very good. Booked a room with a balcony.

Full of dust, the bathroom door wouldn't lock no matter how hard i tried. Absolutely ridiculous. I expected an upgraded room for all the inconvenience i endured, but instead, i got a shabby experience. How could they forget about my arrival? Maybe a kettle would have been a nice touch too.
